Philip has led numerous projects, advising IOCs, NOCs & governments and financial institutions on project development and implementation, commercial negotiations, regulation, restructuring, valuation and transactions, whilst at QED and as Director at Gas Strategies and PwC. He started his career in the oil & gas industry working for Total and British Gas.

Philip's recent projects have included gas market reforms, upstream M&A, LNG import project development, pre-feasibility studies, gas market studies, development and/or commercialisation of pipelines, and TPA to LNG terminals and pipeline networks. He has also acted as an Expert Witness on a number of disputes relating to gas plant, gas storage and LNG projects.

Andrew was Director of Project Finance at PwC and has many years' experience in the natural resource, process, power, and infrastructure sectors. He has been a lender, borrower, arranger and adviser to both the public and private sectors and has developed PPP methodologies globally ranging from prequalification, output specifications, bidding documents, project agreements, bid evaluation, through to contractor credit assessment.

Andrew's project experience in project structuring and financing incorporates independent power projects, international PPPs, corporate treasury, and project finance of natural resource projects.

Dave is a highly experienced oil and gas infrastructure engineer and has designed, constructed, commissioned, and operated many onshore and offshore oil and gas pipeline projects and oil and gas field development processes. He has worked for many of the world's leading players in the oil and gas infrastructure industry, including Mannesmann and Brown and Root, ILF Engineers, ExxonMobil, BP, TNK BP, Repsol, SASOL, and Wood Group/JP Kenny.

His recent projects include: LNG terminal development in Wales and offshore Italy; Construction consultant for Venezuela pipelines; Pipeline engineering for Sakhalin I; Pipeline routing and site selection for Golden Pass LNG; and FEED for the Mackenzie Gas pipeline Project.

Mitun has many years' experience in managing and delivering consulting projects in the global gas and LNG industry. He has acquired expertise in global energy markets and pricing and in conducting in-depth feasibility studies for different gas monetisation options (including pipeline and LNG supply, ammonia, methanol, power production and gas use in road transport) and in gas pipeline cost and flow modelling. He has a well-rounded understanding of the LNG industry, having worked on numerous projects along the whole LNG chain.

Mitun's recent projects include Gas Master Plan in Kenya, LNG import project in Pakistan, gas monetisation in Mozambique, gas-to-power investments in the Middle East, and gas aggregation in Australia.

Stephen has considerable experience in all aspects of shipping and marine whilst managing oil and gas tanker fleets for Shell and as a consultant to many LNG import and export projects globally. He has operated and handled all types of oils and gases at sea and in port including ship to ship transfers and recommended operational changes for offshore platforms. He has also advised on commercial aspects of transporting oil and gas, LNG FPSO and FSRU concepts and been involved in the design, construction and operations of many LNG import and export terminals, ports, ships and tugs around the world.

Stephen's recent experience includes LNG export and import projects in Pakistan, Singapore, Chile, Canada and Australia.

Bill has considerable energy industry experience which includes international commercial and technical management experience in the oil, gas and electricity industries. He has gained specialist LNG expertise covering pricing, supply/demand and negotiation of complex supply agreements across the LNG supply chain, advising LNG buyers, investment and lending organisations and service providers. Whilst at Shell he established a portfolio of LNG supply contracts and promoted innovative commercial structures to support business development with Independent Power Producers under power tolling arrangements.

Bill's recent experience includes LNG projects in Pakistan, North America, Latin America, Southern Europe and North Africa.

Tony has extensive experience in negotiating and managing Production Sharing Contracts on behalf of independent oil and gas companies. He has been responsible for establishing small upstream companies to operate gas fields and managed upstream assets in many countries including the UK, the Netherlands, Egypt and Algeria. He has advised many clients on upstream Bidding and Farm-in Agreements and establishing joint ventures and also has significant experience in negotiating Gas Sales, Gas Transportation and Power Purchase Agreements and advising on offshore transportation systems and gas use in oil field operations.

Tony's recent experience includes UKCS, Algeria, Egypt, Mauritania, Kenya Oil & Gas Master Plan, Denmark, and Indonesia.
